The BPO (FINVIZI Philippines Inc.) is located in Manila’s (Makati) premier business center.

Finance & Accounting
Bookkeeping
FINVIZI ensures the periodic processing of administrative record(s) utilizing a broad array of accounting applications. In addition to the processing of the administration, you also have the option of requesting and/or submitting Sales Tax Return/s. Documents for processing can be delivered digitally and/or in “hard copy”. The administration will be specifically designed according to the sector in which the client works.
Reporting
Based on the processed administrative records, FINVIZI can handle your (annual) reports (including interim reports, financial statements, analyzes, etc.). The reports can be prepared in various report generators based on either your own individual report template or based on FINVIZI’s standard. “Tailor made” report models are also available upon the client’s request. FINVIZI is familiar with various reporting policies, including:
- Dutch GAAP
- Belgian GAAP
- IFRS
If desired, the reports can be delivered with the required word dossiers and work programs.

Income Taxes, Corporate Income Tax and Sales Tax
Scan service
In addition to the aforementioned Finance and Accounting services, we also offer a Scan Service, which consists of us taking care of the transportation and scanning of documents for you.
Shared service centers
Remote Assistance: Should either your organization or your clientele require additional administrative support, FINVIZI can offer you a remote assistant. Communication with this assistant is in English.
